Mike and I had a really busy month of December. We were a little too busy to blog so here is December in a nutshell.
We flew home to WI for Ryan and Tracie's wedding. Their day was perfect - an amazing rehearsal dinner, great weather, beautiful ceremony. We really enjoyed hanging out with all of Mike's old friends!

Since we were home for the wedding we had an early Miller Christmas. The whole family got together at Amy and Nick's place in Madison. It was so great to see everyone - we miss you! For some reason we didn't take many pictures, so here is a photo of one of my brother's cats.

While in Madison we went to some of our favorite places. Lunch was at The Great Dane with Ed, Michael, Kate and Marissa. And we ate at Pedro's with Nick and Amy.

We went to the Union where I had some Babcock ice cream - yum! We did a little shopping on State Street. We also walked around campus and took some great shots with our fancy new camera.
I miss the Terrace.

We flew back into Seattle just in time to get ready for Christmas Northwest style. Mom and Dad Swenson arrived on the 22nd and it was nonstop until they left. Our first time hosting a holiday was a success - if I do say so myself. We had fresh salmon from Pike's Market on Christmas Eve. On Christmas day there were tons of appetizers a la the Miller tradition. Christmas dinner was beef tenderloin. I never really cook so I was relieved that it all worked out! Here are a few photos of the Swenson Christmas.
