Yesterday my friend Claire and I went to Qwest Field to see the Dalai Lama speak. He is in Seattle for Seeds of Compassion. It was an amazing experience - who knew the Dalai Lama was so funny? He has sparked my interest and I want to learn more about what he has to say.
Amazing opportunities like this are why I love living in Seattle.

The Dalai Lama is set to be in Madison this summer sometime too. Hopefully I will be able to go to that instead of some family reunion or something. So cool that you got to see him talk.
